How does membership work?
When you become our member, you instantly get personalized service, unlimited tech support and members-only pricing on the most trusted Smart Home brands. Your OnTech+ Membership includes one free standard installation (any Smart Home installation priced @ $99.99 or less), and at least 10% off other products and services (bundles excluded). Just sign into your account to access your benefits, and the discounted pricing and your first free installation will be applied automatically!
How do I sign up for an Membership?
To purchase Membership, you can simply visit the Membership Page, or speak with your technician while they are on-site. If you’re unsure if a membership is right for you, you can purchase an installation. Whether you purchase the membership online or through your technician, you’ll instantly begin saving at least 10% on all your other purchases
How do I redeem my included installation?
You can add installations alongside a membership in your cart; one installation will list @ $0.00 and subsequent installations will be discounted 10%. You can also save your free installation for a later date at anytime over the year, but please note that as a member, you cannot purchase installations now while putting your free installation on hold for a later date. Once you’ve purchased your Membership, the next installation you add to your cart will be discounted. If your free installation is still available, you simply add one standard installation to your cart and it will be discounted to $0.00.
Unsure if you’re used your one free installation? When you’ve logged into your account, you can also see your unused (if any) installation listed in the membership section of your account page.
How do I redeem my product and installation discounts?
When you are logged in to your account as an OnTech+ Member, you’ll automatically see your discounts reflected across the site. Whether you’re viewing a product and/or installation page, or viewing your chosen products in your cart, you should always see the normal price along with your OnTech+ Member discount pricing. Your total savings are also listed in the membership section of your account page
Do I have to use my FREE installation right now?
Nope! You can use your free installation at any time over course of a year following your Membership purchase. Please note: once you’ve purchased your membership, the first standard installation you add to your cart will be discounted. Once you become member, it is not possible to purchase installations now and also save your free installation for a later date. Once you’re a member, the very next standard installation you purchase will be discounted. If you’d like to schedule an installation at a later date, just make sure you’re logged in to your account so you will see your available free installation and discounted pricing
